But you aren't exactly getting everything done on your own as you run through the various locations filled with gang members screaming your name: paramedics and firefighters are always nearby to assist you, should debris or a fire block your path or if your wounds need treatment. To vary things up even further, rescue missions including a thermal breather in burning houses and hostage situations help to diversify the pacing a bit: the latter especially is another nod to the absurd violence as the clumsy hostage takers always position themselves where their death will end up the most gruesome: you should notice by now how this game is completely devoid of any realism and just screams over-the-top, but it's too freaking good to care. How do I even criticize a game like Urban Chaos: Riot Response? It doesn't take itself seriously, it wants you to have fun, the difficulty is perfect without being frustrating and you always want to play more for them sweet-4ss upgrades and become stronger.

And with a selection of weapons at your disposal that you can all carry in your pocket at ONCE, just what is there not to like? The only problem is how far deep under the radar this game was and how it never got a remaster or at least a PC port. You can either kill rogues without mercy or incapacite them with your stun gun, you choose how you deal with them. You can shield with your anti-riot transparent shield. You must save innocent civilians in danger. Some rogues hold an hostage so you must make them shoot you and shield until they are out of ammo then shoot them in the head when they are reloading, truly amazing gameplay! You cooperate with firemen and medics, you can give orders to them.

The objectives are varied, there are secondary optional objectives and optional missions to unlock with optional prototype weapons to unlock. You can upgrade your weapons and abilities with medals that you earn depending of how you perform and which are kinda like RPG's experience points, giving a character's progression part to the game. The graphics and physics were amazing at its time. This game was really fun from the start to the end, it is not repetitive, you never get bored, the environments are varied, the plot gets deeper and deeper until the final showdown. This game is spectacular, when you play it, you feel as if you play in an action movie! You are in complete chaos during the whole game, rogues are everywhere, come from everywhere, wreck havoc everywhere, there are explosions everywhere, the whole city is on fire and you have to make order in all that mess, which is a big task! It is the first game developed by the same studios who developed Batman Arkham Asylum, Batman Arkham City and Batman Arkham Knight.

I know that this game is not available on PC but if enough people wish to make it come on PC, it will. Then we will show our wish to the developers and they might consider fullfiling it.
